grounded by her 25 years of business experience in corporate executive positions. Because she has managed major strategic business projects, Cathy understands the complexity of making the numbers while positioning the business for the future. Cathy started JPMorgan Chase Texas’ first learning and development group, chaired the state Diversity Committee, and created the regional bank’s internal Communications function.
She has served on executive management teams in broad staff jobs and headed a $400 million revenue business. As a leader of over 2800 people, her management, mentoring and coaching experiences were tested in the field, working with all levels of employees.
